MOTÖRHEAD Drummer Performs "Ace Of Spades' With MUSTASCH (Video)

July 5, 2013

MOTÖRHEAD drummer Mikkey Dee joined Swedish rockers MUSTASCH on stage yesterday (Thursday, July 4) at Metaltown festival in Gothenburg, Sweden to perform the MOTÖRHEAD classic "Ace Of Spades". Fan-filmed video footage of his appearance can be seen below.

MOTÖRHEAD canceled its headlining appearance at this year's Metaltown due to frontman Lemmy Kilmister's recent health struggles.

Dee, who lives in Gothenburg, told GT.se about the cancelation of his hometown concert: "It's so fucking typical, but what are you going to do? You have to put health before everything else."

Lemmy suffered a haematoma (where blood collects outside of a blood vessel) last month, forcing the band to scrap a handful of dates. The news of Lemmy's latest medical issue followed reports that he was also recently fitted with a defibrillator because of heart problems.
